Wad File Doesn't Download To Client Side

ok, I have some custom maps that require the wad file to play. it downloaded the maps but not the wad files. how do I make them able to download the wad file when connecting?

    nm, fixed it. got new problem. mvm plugins not working right. I have co_crossfive_mvm1.bsp, it's a mvm maps i played it in other server, but team 2 is alien not marine. did i do something wrong? i have latest amx version from <a href='http://www.modns.org/forums/' target='_blank'>http://www.modns.org/forums/</a>, windows.
