Or...is it the other way around? Is NS a tool used by ALIENS? They lure you to their mother ship somwhere in Alberta, inject you with alien "juice" and you transform into a SKULK!!! They ship you off to the home planet to tear a head or two off a squad of marines. I can see it happening now.....
