I need .mdl's for the map co_rats_b3.

Damn. 50 ppl started sending me messages. What was I going to say...
ah.
Maps should be downloaded from the server automatically. Find a serer running that map and conenct to it. Some servers do not support downloading though, so you may need to try more than one sever.
If not, a google search for the files or map name will get results.
Finally, a friend of mine has a limited selection of maps available here:
(There are better sites, but this is the only URL I happen to know off hand)

No combat maps here though.
