    It is painfully ironic that President Lincoln in these forums is a spammer.  Because in actual life President Lincoln gave some of the shortest speeches by a President ever.  Most of them fit on the front of a single piece of paper,  maximum time 5 minutes.  In his day 2 hour speeches were considered short.  A modern inaugural adress lasts well after an hour.
