I Think Its My Steam

when i go onto steam and load up ns and try to activate the refresh all button on the "find servers" option, all i get is this..


*clicks refresh all*
"getting new server list"
"refreshing server list"
"no internet games respond to the query"

im like, ok...so i thought it was just me cause the people i know, they dont have the same problem, or maybe they just ignore it.
so i reinstalled everything, and still...i dont get a list of servers to play at...
anything im missing? new patch what not...yes im running 4.0a already and installed it correctly.

specs:
Athlon xp 2100+
512 ddr pc2100 ram
80 gb western digital
leadtek nforce2 mobo

(yes my comp is old)

edit: err, looks like my find servers feature is screwed, i just tried to search for CS servers, and i get nothing..lol, until just now i find out that its my steam, great...if u can help, plz post, i dont want to have to post at steam forums :O(

check your filters, or try applying one. just a thought
