<div class="IPBDescription">no cups of tea here!</div> Where can i get info on steam bcuase when i last had it i got loads of errors and is there a way to use steam and the old/currret non steam version?

2.01 can be used with Steam but it has a very nasty crash on map change bug which I do not think there is a solution to.

3.x was designed with Steam in mind and has very few errors.

I thought that crash/disconnect on map change was a steam problem?

thanks dunno but i know people who only use 2.01 so i still want to play them

Then enjoy. NS will be moving fully to Steam with 3.0, given that WON is planned to be removed. To complain about Steam itself, feel free to head over to the Steampowered forums. NS is not Steam. This isn't the right place to air gripes with it.
