Mavav

Insane? Probably.
A lot of people know about Mavav (Mother's Against Violence and Videogames), but it wasn't until now I looked at their site.
I'm thinking that these people are insane.
Their articles are down now, but even the titles made me laugh (the ones in bold, specifically):
Videogame Addiction
Massive Multiplayer Role Playing... Game or Fatal Attraction?
EverQuest: A Threat to Society?
No Work and All Play: A Story of a NYU Drop Out
Videogame Culture
E3: The Evil Entertainment Expo
Lan Parties
Videogame Networks or Online Training Camps?
Professional Gaming
Online Gaming to Hit the Mainstream Market
Videogame Violence
Videogame and Tobacco Companies: Frightening Similarities. Secret Industry Report Revealed [Doesn't this sound like a headline on one of those super-market tabloids?]
Grand Theft Auto and the Irresponsible Rockstar
Americas Army: A New Low
A Mortal Combat: Videogame Violence
Splinter Cell: How-To Kill

edit: for those of you who dont get it. Its not that the articles are fake/nonexistant (they are), its that the whole site is made for the sole purpose of inflaming the gaming community. Also, you are late. as in 1-2 years late.

Good.
I posted it long ago, and I was told it was fake. It's a good joke though.

Maybe he DID read the whole thread but is just making a point about how some organizations similar to this hoax, except for the fact that they exist, do the same typecasting.
