Maps Cycle And Tounament Mode ?

Sorry for the newbie question guys n girls but our server chap been afk for some time now.
Our clan server (Lineux dedicated / AMX / metamod ) constantly runs in tournament mode. Although the game time ticks down the map will not cycle when it reaches 0. Which is quite handy when playing a tournament, but not for public play.
My question is this: Is it possible to keep the tournament settings but not lose the automatic map cycling ?
