You missed an install some how.

make sure you went in order:
Beta1
Beta4
Beta4a

now make sure that they are in the corect spots:
steam\steamApps\Your@email\half-life\nsp

make sure there is not a SECOND nsp folder anywhere (most likely place would be steam\steamApps\Your@email\half-life\nsp\nsp)

mapname and client.dll errors say that you are running a different version of the game (this is true for ALL of HL and its mods)
