<div class="IPBDescription">I need to swap my sound channels</div> For everything. Is there a Windows setting hidden in some stealthily placed tab somewhere, or am I screwed?
Look behind case. Unplug plug "L". Unplug plug "R" from slot "R" and plug plug "R" into the now-vacant slot "L". Plug the now-dangling plug "L" into slot "R".
Check Control Panel see if you have any extra software installed for your sound card (I use the onboard nvidia nforce soudncard so my nvidia control panel is what controls all this stuff for me) and check in there.
If you don't have anything installed see if there are any apps on your driver CD.
Aside from cutting the speaker cables and rewiring them so you can put the speakers where you want not much more advice I can give you...
i dont get why you cant just move the speakers, my speakers all plug into the bass and i can just switch the holes round n stuff. and if my speakers are just mixed up left to right i can switch the input on my sound card ( i have a sound blaster audigy)
I can't move them because the cords aren't long enough. The way the desk is setup, paired with the short cord coming out of only 1 speaker, won't let me do it.
Trust me, if I could fix it via physical means, I would.

Anyone?
Please?
The left speaker is on the right side.
The right speaker is on the left side.
Because of wire length, I can't switch them back, so I want to reverse the channels on the computer to make it seem correct.
Gaming sucks when I think someone's in the opposite direction...
I'm thinking software channel reversal, not hardware.
