    I don't have to wait, just because i am certain that the BUS will not include bots not joining a team.

    Ofcourse the BUS will include many things that help me in this project.
    But the bot part will have to be coded, and i think i know where to find help.
    I'll keep you guys posted.

    Now, since we have: Caves, holes, trenches and mountain passes, there's a lot of places aliens can come from.

    I'd say:
    Lerks flying from the caves, onos through mountain passes, fades and skulks from trenches, holes, and some skulks from the mountains.

    Now, still, this would be too easy.

    So after a certain time, aliens will start coming through the ground, from inside the marine bunker or fort.
    (boom! ground sinks, multiple aliens crawl out of the hole.)

    Also, somewhere outside the map, there's a room where hives and chambers will be automatically placed after certain periods of time.
    (so aliens get stronger over time, more upgrades, more abilities.)

    Try to beat those 15 leaping/xenociding skulks combined with 5 onos, 10 lerk and a few fades.

    if you dont get to be aliens it will be horrible.

    bots wont work well, they never do. Even the bots in condition zero which just came out are pretty bad.

    Being aliens is subject to change, maybe 50% fortified marines, and 50% attacking aliens with bot support.
    That thought passed my mind too.
    We'll see.

    And bots, they can work, just need to be able to give then waypoints.

    ive been wanting this kind of map ever since i played my first team deathmatch in the normal good ol hl ^^ BUT THIS WOULD ROCK !!!

    Cmooonnnnn NS team!!!!! this would be a fun secondary game mode...

    how bout the same thing xcept aliens defend?

    that would be... possible also =)

    But that wouldn't fit in the ns story, since aliens are the ones attacking into marine space.
    And if marines were to attack, there would have to be an alien world.

    How would that look like?
    There's not enough textures and alien stuff to make an entire alien world atm.
