Single Player Start?

I just set up the NS server and it runs nicely!
I did have a config question, though. Is there any way to start it, allowing a single player to 'start' the game? I wanted to use the decicated server + my account to test out the marine and aliens, to better understand the commands and control. I am doing a LAN game soon. People know HL and such, but not NS so I wanted to learn as much as I can to teach em. My connection is satellite, so it is not easy for them to play ahead of time. If there is a server option for this, please let me know!

It will start the game, it also unlocks alot of other useful commands for testing in single player.
Search the forums for the commands they'll be here somewhere.
