Kick Mod Help.

I recently started seeking support from the Australian GameArena community about kick mods. Basically, I suggested installing some mods that will kick AFKs in the ready room, after a certain time of peroid - say about 10 minutes.
Now, the bosses and some other officials said that they didn't like 3rd party proggies because of the performance reduction.
I would counter them with some other crap, but i would've probably ended up getting owned. But here's the laydown. GameArena servers for Natural Selection may have had a memory upgrade, so it would provide better performance for the 3rd party mod.
Now, i'm seeking help from you guys, i need suggestions of these 'kicking mods', maybe a rating out of 10 for performance and user friendly. Just need something that won't leech performance and receive **** feedback due to poor porformance of the installed mods.
