[help] 2 Skins In One Model?

please help me!

the NS marine has _2_ skins, i really would like to do this with the skulk and lerk (and having more then 2 skins)! does anyone know how to do this? it must be possible! i would really love for someone to tell me how this is done

The marine has two families coded: Black and White guys.
No such families exist for skulk and lerk, even if possible to create them, they wouldn't show up in game.
