As for NS.

Do you Have NS3.0Beta3 installed? Do you have 2.0 installed?
Are you running on WON or Steam?
Why would you try to use IPs instead of just ussing a server browser?

First up, answer the wuestions so we can know what we are dealing with.
second up, just use a server browser (ingame should work)
