Though there are a couplke of weird sections there that I don't understand (specifically the Bans forum :/ )

Yeah, People who get banned might want to go puke on your boards and then it's better to have a special section to contain the filth in instead of letting it spill over on general or off topic boards.

Besides, a banned forum is nothing, rage3d had a "hells kitchen forum" where you could swear as much as you want, spam topics about random garbage and even topics about how you hate another forum member as long as no one ever linked to hells kitchen or talked about it anywhere else on the forums.
