Random Lag

<div class="IPBDescription">Help?</div> So, since Beta 3.0 (Not the constie beta though...just public beta) I get random lag. It seems to be whenever there are many people around, and voice comm some times lags me. But other times its fine. Only happens in NS, not DoD, etc. Ping shoots to 500 or so.

2.4 Pentium 4
Radeon 9200, 4.4 drivers (Whatever latest are)
Windows XP SP1
1024x768 OpenGL
Normal old Steam client...

    Update: I lag when others use voice comm, any idea why? Tried looking through some voice_ settings, couldn't find anything.

    this kinda of thing also happens to me i have to idea why but they do, but for me on some maps (ayumi,agora,metal just to name a few) i lag no matter the server so HELP ME!!
