Making A Site An Ftp

<div class="IPBDescription">please help</div> I need to know how to make my site where one could see all the files on it if they just entered the url. Because my school blocks all the cool sites with videos. So i awnt to show them my friends and tell them to watch it as i update them.

    To get this to work (the easy way), your web host will need to allow Indexing. Most/all web hosts do, so it shouldn't be a problem.

    I can't say for sure how to get it configured on your web host, but most web-based control panels will have an "index manager" or something similar. Simply enable indexing for the directories you want to show up as a directory listing.

    If your hosting it from your own PC then there are loads of FTp servers you can get. If its on a remote host then if you make a directory like www.rue.com/files and dont put index.html in the folder then when people put the url into their browser they will see what files are avail
