<div class="IPBDescription">fast animations .. tooo fast!</div> hey, previously i had a 2.4ghz cpu on a asus p4pe motherboard, and had everything running fine .. cursor xp looked normal .. all the animations were the coorect speed

however ..

i just upgraded to a 2.8ghz which is running at 2.93ghz and a p4p800 motherboard.

now cursor xp animations go SUPER fast.... anyone know how to fix this?
