Indiana Jones... probably from any game featuring him. I'd guess the movie (as both lines were used there) or Fate of Atlantis (a great Lucasarts game).

oh, and Talesin, how about a hint? (like game style?)

I would assume that its an adventure game (space quest or something)

Gah. Unfortunately, any more hints will allow someone to Google and find it. Hrm. Fine, it was a Lucasarts game. I don't think that'll allow a hit, so only those who've played it (and know about what's in the trunk of the Edsel) will know it for certain. It was on a poster, somewhere in the game room.

    heres another person
"I suspected this would happen but the administerator wouldn't listen"
"are you seriously suggesting that these beins (bean-ens pronoced) are trying to dine us?"
This one will give it away for the first person

Petco, you need to answer the EXISTING quote (character and game) before posting a quote of your own.

I'd have to qualify anyone under 27 who never played the Nintendo Entertainment System a 'youngster'. That or 'poor and foolish'.

Bah. It was from Maniac Mansion, on the NES. It's on the left wall, a poster in the Game Room.

Venmoch, if I'm not mistaken that'd be Marvin, from the computerized Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy game.
Only other that I'd be able to figure would be HAL from 2001, but as far as I know they never made a game of that.
