Where Are The Rulez?

Ok this mite sound stupid but I though mite as well be straight about it? Where are the forum rules for NS listed? I can't find it anywhere here. Or is it that frontpage where you go inot this forum where u click "I Agree".

I basically trying to find a good set of rules to use as a base to create rules for a forum that I'm in charge of <a href='http://www.uclu.org/discuss' target='_blank'>http://www.uclu.org/discuss</a>

    Rules are in each forum for specific rules for a forum.

    There are also some unwritten rules most members of this forum prefer you follow, many involving the way you type. Many will get annoyed if you purposely misspell words only to skip 1 or 2 letters, sometimes none. ex. "mite" And an example for none: "rulez"
