Missing Riff/wave Chunk?

Everyone someone enters the command chair or gets out of the command chair I ALWAYS lag for at least 3-5 seconds...This gets very annoying when im a fade or onos.... When I open the console i see
Missing RIFF/WAVE chunk

    Very interesting--but shouldnt this go in the bug reports forum or something?

    Well. I look in the bug database and the bug forums. It seems its only me having this problem.. It is prolly not a bug but something wrong with my computer. I thought maybe someone hear would have an idea about how to fix it.
