Do You Read Hellboy?
i read a hellboy comic a long time ago. at least 7 or 8 years ago. i remember it was kinda cool.
so last night i hit the bookstore to check out stuff, and i see a bunch of hellboy comics. for the hell of it, i buy some.
they're <i>really good</i>...!
i didn't know they were this good. i think i probably didn't "get it" back then. hellboy is probably one of the coolest comic personas ever.
mike mignola's a genius, too. his writing is so fascinating. all the stories and mythos make the hellboy comics <i>mean</i> something... they bring the stories down to earth. it's very fun.
if you haven't read any hellboy yet, you should! the movie's coming out.
