<div class="IPBDescription">spoilers, probably</div> i've been tinkering around with custom moves and combos and i've come up with some pretty good stuff.
here are my best.
shuriken dash: i found this especially useful with Alma, who i had to fight at least 7 times. if you need to cover ground without getting hit (like when she chucks columns at you), jump in the direction of choice. you should still be holding this direction when, at the end of the jump, you press the ranged attack button. if you timed it right (and have the basic shuriken equipped) you'll get an extra boost of distance by using your leaping shuriken attack. so that's 1)->jump 2) at the end of the jump, ->ranged. easy and useful, even against normal enemies.
shuriken air combo: this is a dragon sword combo that i found to be very cool and efficient at the same time. you know that (X)(Y)(X)(X)(X)(Y) combo that does a spinning piledriver type thing at the end? it takes too long to execute, but not using the finishing blow might not kill the enemy. solution: equip the basic shurikens, and try this combo. (X)(Y)(X)(X)(X)(B)(B)(B)(Y). the shurikens in the middle will split the combo (and do a bit of extra damage), enabling you to finish with a simple downward stab instead of a super-elaborate piledriver thing.

windmill shuriken combo link (dragon sword): if you go from the (X)(Y)(XXX) and then use the windmill shuriken, you can open up another (X)(Y) when you land. hello infinite combo :o
But if I died I'd definatly play this game and have some super move.
Like the double drop kick (xx --> --> xx <-- <---).
