You will need:
Milkshape
AvP2 (duh!)
<a href='http://www.3dgamers.com/games/alienspredator2/#filelist' target='_blank'>AvP2 editing tools</a>
1) Install the tools, then browse to your AvP 2 directory then tools, then run unrez.bat
2) Open up milkshape, import -> No one lives forever ABC -> then go browse to your AvP2 directory -> AvP2 folder -> models
