How To Install Amx Mod?

how to install amx mod? i was download amx mod 0.9.3
And i was red readme.txt file. But i can not run ns server in dedicated server.
It need download matemod to install it first?

You'll need to run an NS dedicated server. Have MetaMod installed and working properly, then just add AMX Mod on as a MetaMod plugin. It's really very easy.

If you're not running a dedicated server, you have no reason to mess with metamod or amx mod.

i was try copy and edit liblist.gam file. when i run server it auto exit.
