    crosshair making is the easiest thing you could do, look on the help foums and there are plenty of tutorials.

    Simply extract into your <span style='color:green'>Steam\SteamApps\<account>\half-life\nsp\sprites</span> folder. Create backups as necessary and appropriate.

    I'm making my own crosshairs and I'm having alot of trouble getting indexalpha to work. If this works right in-game could you post the .bmp so i can look at the color table.

    Good someone make a skulk bite xhair that's the teeth?

    Like:

    <!--c1--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>CODE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='CODE'><!--ec1-->\/\/\/\/\/

    /\/\/\/\/\<!--c2--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--ec2-->

    And make it like the other skulk xhairs (the xenocide and leap ones out there at nsarmslab)

    The palette is pretty much default for all Marine crosshairs. 256 colors, from 0,0,0 to 254,254,254, and then light blue (0,192,255) as the last color.

    The BMP's below, couldn't directly attach it though, so you'll have to unzip it.

    If you have problems with Idex Alpha, you could try this. First, use use Sprite Viewer to open a sprite that is the color you want, say xhairalien for an alien color. Go to file-> Save BMP. Open the BMP in the picture editior of your choice, and erase the image. Copy your completed sprite into that, resize the canvas and save. Compile the sprite, and it should work fine. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Thats how I got my alien sprites to work, at least.
