Tutorials: "lights"

I know how to build mapps and make them work, by now. BuT!!!! I know almost nothing about lights. how to do set the lightenvirorment, make lights, make lightfenomen and that sort of stuff. I want a site with tutorials or something that could help me with only lights. So if someone have a site to recomend so plz do.

Man i wish we had a Tutorial sub-forum..... since they are unlikely to be 'webbed' in here.
