yeah. after the change (or anytime you want to clear the console) just type: "clear" in console. I'm not sure if it will clear your condump.txt too, but this will clear your in-game console.

if you dont find a solution, you could always make a traffic tracker program of some sort that tracks when the game is open and when the map is changing (some sort of pattern in the traffic) that virtually pushes a button that you have bound to clear... or just type clear every map.
