    Having an objective seperate from a spawn would not have an impact on spawn killing.

    If the aliens were after spawnkills in the first place, it just means they wouldnt even try to munch on the CC inbetween kills (too far away).

    If the aliens were after the CC, they would have to have at least a few aliens stay back and intentionally spawn kill (and do nothing else) while they munched on the CC.

    I dont think it would make any difference, really. You'd still have a bunch of aliens killing spawners, and a few munching on CC. They'd just be seperated, and you wouldnt be able to even lob a lucky grenade into the CC to get some kills...

    It still makes the end-game go much faster... then we will finally see games where lvl 10 units aren't as likely to show up (personal desire). Another thing I'd love to see implemented in combat mode (and maybe even in classic) is a server option that makes random joining mandatory... aint nothing worse than a bunch of team stacking lamers from cheapskate clans that can only get their jollies from utterly destroying the opposing team (as opposed to taking the chance of actually having somewhat evenly matched teams).

    Hmm... An idea, though it's easily abuseable via building up and the whole team going at once, but what about having the spawn a total, encolsed room, with an indestructible phase gate a la Daimos that leads to the CC/MC that leads to the hive? Thoughts/comments/suggestions/free pr0n?
