Sounds Through Walls

I have a prob with hearing a res tower through walls. its ina large room but i can hear it in an adjacent hallway. There is a gap between the room and the hallway though so the sound is traveling through empty space. This wouldnt be a problem except its fairly loud and i believe its interfering with a nearby sound entity. any suggestions on a way to fix or do i have ot just move the res or somethin of that sort.

There really isn't anything that you can do as a mapper to configure the locations that sound spreads to... you may just have to move the resource node.

you could change sound radius in the check flags to small, so that the sound is confined to a smaller place. Not an ideal solution however <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->.
