i just read that a brush coverd in null will act like clip but also stop bullets and advise was given to just use clip. but i dont seem to have the clip texture.... what wad file includes it?

Yeah, and if you still have your WON install, you can still use halflife.wad from there. It doesn't matter the location of the wad, since HL will find it in the cache files.

Wally is your friend. You can extract, create, add and save your own wad files. aka, yesy you can pull the textures you want, save them to a new wad file and save it, and add the new wad instead of the whole halflife.wad file...
