The Worst Forums On The Internet

Post em' so we can avoid em'.
Just names of forums are good, there's no need to link to the forums in question.
In the post, it should contain the name of the forums, maybe even the address (NOT LINKED) and a short description of why said forums are so bad. (IE: Admin abuse - Abusive community - Rules broken but no one punished - etc) You can also post forums that are the opposite and have good/great communities/administrators/moderators. NS forums are exempt from this post.
My personally bad foum experiance is the Soldat forums at soldatforum.dnagames.net/default.asp which are very bad as of a highly abusive community and a seeming lack of punishment for said bad community... If you post one thing, just one thing, out of the "ordinary" it'll spontaniously self-combust. They wont even tell you to search, it's just "You stupid..." and it gets worse from there. No matter how much you try to change their minds on something, they just keep saying "No" as if they're a automated answering machine.
And yes, I found this out the hard way...
But please, no outright slamming other forums - i dont want 10 pages of total flames and peircing jabs to read through just to find out that one forum was "bad". This is just here to say that "Yeah, real sespool of a forum over there. Dont be a idiot and join for [x reason]." and that's about it.
