Is there anyway to take the NS steam skin (teh see threw black) and use it as a default steam skin or maybe just for CS? If it is possible please tell me how. I'm not sure but I think ClientScheme.res is for the ingame skin. Counter Strike already has their skin in the counter-strike.gcf and there is currently no way to change that file.

What is this skin you speak of... my Steam is light grey (the only option is green). I want this NS skin too, do you have to dl seperately?!
