Looking For Specific Types Of Music

<div class="IPBDescription">A civil thread, for once</div> Hello <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
I don't have much time to post this, so it won't be very organized. Anyway.
I'm looking for 20 minutes of music - 10 mins hard rock/heavy metal (you know... screaming and full-distortion guitars) and 10 mins of hip-hop/rap/whatever (the so-called "music" where people talk when they should be singing). I've gotten many songs already, and they're not characteristical enough of their type. I'm asking you people to help me - find me (preferrably) 2 songs, totalling 10 minutes (9:40-10:40 max). It'd be nice if there was no swearing, but if there is - that's ok, I'll deal with it.
This is for a science fair, just in case you're wondering.
OK, so just post the title, artist, length and genre here! Thank you very much.

    For metal, I would suggest these two.

    Avenged Sevenfold - Second Heartbeat 6:20
    In Flames - Only for the Weak 4:55

    If you need help finding them you can find me in #clan-complex on Gamesurge.

    naah, ,tool are too progressive for the brief...
    you want somthing older, perhaps pantera or as suggested previously metallica.

    as for hip hop/ rap, i only have a small knowledge of the genre, if your looking for somthing people will identify as atypical hip hop, ,go for the big names (tupac etc..)
    someone sent me some Nas tunes, they were quite good (one called new york somthing in parrticular).
