Error Downloading Codec

<div class="IPBDescription">Stupid video files...</div> Everytime I try to view a movie, it says on the bottem "Error downloading codec" and I only get one of those screens with moving ...stuff on them (that you see when you play music) and sound from the video, but no picture...

Can anyone help me PLEASE? I'm desperate...
