    MDS seems like the new strat. Scrims/Matches will show if it is truly better than DMS.

    Sensory still takes a back seat because it provides very little support for the high lifeforms - same problem as in 2.01.

    In pubs, I guess it doesn't really matter ...

    Edit - I still think DMS is better than MDS. To properly use MDS, you need very skilled lerks and skulks, and must hope they don't down the second hive (unlikely with MDS). DMS + Early Onos = good chance of winning.

    MDS all the way, but.....

    If you do SC first follow it with MC, then DC. Although i only reccomend this for purposes of public fun, or against N00B teams.

    i really like MDS now, because it gives the same late-game effect as DMS, except you have more powerful upgrades for your basic skulk early on, without totally losing your game cos you are stuck with sensory. of course DMS still works, any order different from that is the lose because it contains sensories first or second.

    DMS for the n00bs
    MDS for the more experiented players and gorge gangs (my fave)
    SDM for the very experienced team. getting a 2nd hive is crucial.
    SMD for the ones who want to either lose or test there skills.

    SMD is the for the pro of the pro. If a good rine team and comm lives on thes erver SMD is gona be hell. You will need all hives to survive decently, 2 is the absolute minimum to either outlive the first 10 minutes.

    want safe? go DMS
    want fun? go MDS
    want to be insane? go for a S**

    Ever sense 2.0 i have ben a huge advocate of MDS, though its hard as hell to get people to listen to me and use it properly, you get to be everywere on the map, its great. second hive goes up fast beacuse your rackin up the kills because you can actualy reach melle range before dieing, good good stuff.

    sdm for pros? dms for noobs? lol, no. Sensories are still fairly easy to counter, and against a good team you won't stand a chance.

    Sensory - Cloak of SoF

    Movement - SIlence or Celerity

    Defense - Regen or Carapace

    Small (6-10 player) servers: MDS, I like silence, adrenaline, AND celerity. They're all viable, and used by multiple skulks in tandem, can be deadly.

    Large (11+ player) servers: DMS, you're going to see higher life forms quicker on bigger servers (generally 1 or 2 res ****), and they need defense upgrades, and you might as well make them worthwhile, you'll see them anyway.
