if you dont come forward try some tutorials, maybe with something easyer models for the beginning

You need to work a lot more on modelling, and passing it off to someone else just isn't going to help you in the slightest.
I suggest you sit down with MS3D, read the tutorials in the sticky, and follow them till you have a complete model, skin and all. Then take that model, and scrap it, because it will be crap since it's your first model.
Now repeat that process over and over until you finally create something that isn't a piece of crap, and show us then.

HEY HEY HEY!!!! not everyones first model is crap my first model (lmg) is currently being skinmeshed by coolcookies hopefuly hell finish in the next five years!
