<div class="IPBDescription">Neato, wish I got paid to do this</div><a href='http://microgravity.grc.nasa.gov/balloon/blob.htm' target='_blank'>Check it out</a>
Videos of low gravity (via very high altitude airplane) water ballons being popped to similate what a water balloon in zero gravity would do when popped. :D
Be sure to watch all of the videos, they're neat.
Also be sure to check out the <a href='http://microgravity.grc.nasa.gov/balloon/HS.HTM' target='_blank'>water balloons in a lab</a> popping photos as they're neat too, but not as neat as the videos.

Ditto.
Now they have to get enough water to swim in and try it <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Or, in English: "the tests were conducted because it's fun to pop water balloons" <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->
<i>so</i> cool, doom. where'd you find that?
Think about drinking a Coke. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Now all we need to do is freeze it as it floats there... <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Fire at zero gravity looks awsome aswell, they did some tests a while ago with candels and the such, looks awsome, but not really as cool as that <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Yeah, that snakey water thing was cool.
But the stop-motion photography animations on the wee submarine thing when it was trying to unhook the cable was highly craptastic.
Just a thought on the coke, very little of the gas would come out of it. Nor would it have any encouragement to come out in your stomach. I wonder if it could result in CO2 bubbles in your blood?

Carbon Dioxide is more soluble in water at higher pressure, so when the can is opened bubbles would form as normal, except the bubbles wouldn't rise to the top
I doubt it would form bubbles in the blood, as that generally occurs during too rapid decompression
Or inserting non-miscible liquids into each other (several layers of oil and water)

HAving gone to space camp that is correct. They don't allow carbonated drinks on flights because when they did once it resulted in highly painful bloat that last for many hours.
