P22 Based Again

first to mods: delite my old thread (name: p22 based) there was just too many crap posted over 2 pages, so its worthles
now lets get back to my model, its my 2nd try to model something
its a handgun based on the p22
i became some shading problems after merging alot of vertices, can someone tell me why this happens?
btw, polycount is 670, triangulated 1300
sugestions, tips and everything else (except of flaming) is welcome!

i think the mesh will kill some1 someday

dl my medel too, so you can check your progres, and better see where all parts belong
