<div class="IPBDescription">I messed something up</div> I have been working on this map since March now. the last beta (ns_blackhawk_b5) ran fine, but I had not done any detailing really. I just compiled B6 which I had done the basic detailing. Now the map lags badly in spots (mostly the changed rooms). What is strange is that one of the rooms (marine start) I actually removed stuff and it became laggy. Could someone take a look around the map and see if they can see what is wrong? here is the map

Also if you have suggestions as to what I can do to improve the detailing, please let me know, but do not just post stuff like "It needs more details" or "Because of your lack of details it looks like a CS map" I have gotten that the past two times I have posted about my map and am yet to receive anything construtive in this area.

lmao. I guess it helps to have the extenstion on it. I fixed it now
as for MS entities, there is the Walk way, the 3 windows, 1 button, 2 doors, 2 sets of railings, the CC and the resnode
Don't people ever read the forum descriptions anymore? Don't people pay attention or read the stickied threads anymore? Do people even read?
This should not be in this forum, if anything it falls minorly into the newbie mapping forum. For example, just read the mapping forum description
<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->
This forum is for mappers interested in making maps for Natural Selection. Ask the creators questions about custom entities and request new features. Give early feedback on other's maps, collaborate on group efforts. If you have Worldcraft questions, try the excellent HL-ERC forums instead.

Seems more like an worldcraft editorial problem from what you describe. You are more likely to get more help from the newbie mapping forum though which has the description of
<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Post here if you're new to NS mapping and have questions that weren't answered by the FAQs.

If that wasn't enough, the stickied thread entitled "Webbed: Mapping forum FAQ
Read this before posting!"

Has most common errors and solutions. Read that for information on fixing your map.
I feel I will be saving this post, and copy pasting it into <b>any topic</b> which so happens to have been covered by any of the above 3 solutions. Why? This is the fourth or fifth time in 2 days that these solutions would have fixed, or helped to fix a common map problem.
Then see what happens.
