Cl_dll/ .dll Files Are Different :s

i have no idea why, because the Steam forum people say that im suppose to run the hazzard course once, i did that, nothing happend, im running beta 1 patched with beta 2, i have hl 1.1.1.0 but i can;t seem to install that into hl anymore but they told me it automatically updates, i have no idea why this is doin that everytime i try to join a game

AND YES I HAVE THE RIGHT VERSION, so don;t flame about that.

IT DOES THIS WILL ALL MODS

and I HAVE HL 1.1.1.0
