Combat Suggestions

Add timer back in, set it to 10mins instead of 5-7mins.
Take out cc and hive healing.

Timer forces a more aggressive game since people have a desire to win they will go at it a lot harder.
I'm sure joining a late game as an un-skilled players versing level 10+ people is not much fun at all.
People just group up around the CC and Hive now healing it.
Games are pushing 40 - 60mins.
Games shouldn't go much longer then the first couple of people getting to level 10, when every one is near or level 10 it sort of takes the rewards of all your hard work to get the upper hand away.

O yea, skulk base amor of 15 instead of 10 would make the start for marines just that bit harder to get the early advantage.

    Just make hives and CCs unhealable. Adjust health of just CC/Hive to be balanced.

    just specifically for combat, the grenade launcher has to be hit with the nerf stick...HARD.

    If the marines get gl in a map with a small marine spawn, the aliens will never break through. I saw this from the marine side in co_angst. I felt bad doing it.

    Many of us have been asking to experiment without the CC for most of the beta without even so much as a response. It's not going to happen.

    well some thing should be done about the time a combat round is running for.

    well.. if you played 6vs6 8vs8... you dont see many long games...15-20mins maybe...wich is a little to long....if you have 12v12...if ethier ends fast or lasts a very long time...a timer would be very nice....take out cc welding and hive healing/gorge hive healing to.....cause most of the time i play on a server that does ns co ns co...and the co games last so long i end up leaving after 40-50 mins cause it just gets crazy
