Clan NS pass = pass
Then it will be cheaper for me.
do you have ANY idea how slow home-made servers are? VERY SLOW. they just don't have the bandwith or the processing power (usually bandwith)
Hey Necro-, I don't think you know what you're talking about. Have you ever run a home server? Granted, yes, home servers usually go downhill when the admin tries to squeeze too many players on his connection, but the experienced admin (or someone with common sense) can make it work very well, it just won't be the 8 vs. 8 or 12 vs. 12 game that you want.
So, please don't bash home servers, because I've played on a few very good ones and I myself run a "home server". I think you need to make the distinction between the rookie server admins who think they can run one on their 56K and the experienced admins who know what a server takes and make it work.
Thanks for the link. Another decent server renting company is <a href="http://www.recongamer.com" target="_blank">Recon Gamer</a>
We have had a couple servers with them and they run smooth 99% of the time.
