<div class="IPBDescription">For that 'digital' look.</div> You know what I'm talking about. How the 'bast' logo has those fuzzy lines across it, and it has that sort of blurry 'hologram' look. Same with all the logos across bast itself, in co_kestrel, etc.
I do know lots about Photoshop, but there's always more to learn, and this is just something I've never really figured out.

There is one, called Nightvision or some such made by some people called "VDL Adrenaline". Do a google search and you should come up a winner.
