Hive Regen Sucks

<div class="IPBDescription">yes you heard me right</div> healing at 4 hitpoints per second really sucks (down from 20 per second).

infact it is faster to kill your self as skulk and respawn then to wait for healing.

healing needs to be raised to approximatley 3-4 times what it is now for it to be useful

Yeah, this almost goes without saying. Making a skulk regen at the hive in the same amount of time as an onos is just dumb. Now, in combat, I have to get regen early just to heal myself since the hive healing sucks. And in classic it makes skulks incredibly weak while the hive is under attack. It used to be that you could take some damage, heal real quick, then attack some more. But now you might as well attack and die.

There needs to be a base amount of regen. Keep the onos how it is, but let skulks and other lesser lifeforms regen at 20 a tick or so.

The 6% hive healing change is a nerf to anything below 333 HP; in other words, every species besides Onos. That Flayra could have made that change without realizing this is incomprehensible to me, but it doesn't make any more sense being intentional either. Either way it has to go. If possible we should be using species-specific hive healing values(20 for everything but Onos and maybe Fade would be fine), and if not then we should just stick with 20 and put up with the Onos issue.

I agree with Lux. I think a base 20 healing plus a % heal is a good solution, dependin on lifeform.

Yep, it is too slow. I'll beef it up for beta 3.
