Um, usually port forwarding doesn't work right if you have dhcp enabled. Since your internal IP is .100, I'm gonna guess you have it turned on.
So, I'd suggest turning off dhcp, getting a <i>permanant</i> internal IP, and then setting up port forwarding much like you just have.
edit: Oh, go ahead and enable TCP forwarding for that range too. It couldn't hurt.
Also, make sure that your HL server is set up to actually USE those ports. You can set them to something else, and you might have. Those are just defaults.
Linksys router, rigth? I just set myself to the DMZ host, takes about one second if you know your computer's IP, and two if you don't. Opens everything up, deprotects you just as if you never had it. Hackers? Ohnoes, h4xx0rz st03ld m3h m3g4hutz3ed! Really, I could care less if someone 'hacked' my computer (out of the ten billon on the net...)
Found out why my server can't be seen and I don't know what I did or can do. The server was working ok when I followed the instrustions the one I gave a link on this topic and then the server can't be seen anymore. I even tried dmz (which worked ok before but I stopped using dmz then port forward working ok) but dmz still didn't work and I know what might be causing it. Ii downloaded something called dotnetfx and then my server can't be seen (I dont know what dotnetfx did but I had to download it to use this one program) hmmm?
*suming what I said: my server can be seen before after I followed instructions on the link of my first post. And when I downloaded dotnetfx and my server can't be seen anymore. Know what if that is really causing the problem or how to fix it
