Please put this feature back in....
The [DAD] Clan runs an NS server

NS has way to much problems with respawn kills...If anything hard code it with a max of 2 secs...This is extremely helpful dealing with spawn killers...People who do not attack the CC or hive just sit in the spawn point and kills people before their visi0n clears....(mostly aliens doing this with cloak)
