Uses the morita compact animations since they fit it best. needs host and a new reload animation would be good (omg theres no clip and im too lazy to learn animating good and skin and all that.... for a clip o.O)

    Yes, but ah... The memories... Oh wait i played it 2 days ago... Hmm... Well i just loved the overall feel of this gun in Q2, and the sounds are awesome. Hmm for some reason this made me want to start playing Q1 Tf again. Damn.

    and if any1 wants another q2 weapon model let me know and ill work on it when i get time. Also, i would do that light gaurd dude thingy but my animation sucks, and to do 30 some odd animations..... yea.... lol

    very nice. If you maybe made some new sounds of the marine reloading the gun you wouldnt have to make a clip on it and "ruin" the nostalgia. But seriously that texture is hard to look at without gagging by todays standards.

    Ive got a question fuzzy, since quake 2 used vertex animations and HL uses a bone system, how did you convert it (Im a modelling nub).

    simple, i imported the MD2, then i imported the compact morita assault rifle, deleted the hands for the original q2 machinegun and resized the machinegun to fit the ns hands, then assigned a bone to the machinegun, and deleted the old morita that was already there. then you gotta make the skin .bmp from .pcx (you wonder why its low quality <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->) and assign it to the gun. pretty easy, but it can take awhile.

    also i plan on doing the chaingun for the HMG, stay tuned ^_^
