needs to be placed in steam/steamapps/youremail/halflife/nsp/media

There's currently a bug with 3.0 that usually doesn't let most people hear the gamestartup music. Is there any reason this would act differently from the exsisting gamestartup.mp3?

EDIT: I found out that bgmvolume has to be set to 1 for you to hear the menu music.
